Secrets of leadership: What keeps you awake at night?

As entries close for this year's SE100 – including a chance to win the Leadership Award – we've dug into our archive to find out what it's really like being a leader in the social enterprise sector when you're far away from a swanky awards ceremony. 

Filmed in 2017 as part of the NatWest SE100 Social Business Club, the film above shares some of the knotty issues that cause our interviewees sleepless nights. From staff wellbeing, to successfully bidding for contracts, to focusing capacity on the right things, social enterprise bosses have plenty to keep them occupied in the dead of night.
