Fanny is a Service Designer and Visual Storyteller for social change.
She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Graphic Design, then completed a two-year, Master's programme in Service Design and Social Innovation.
Service Design is about delivering fairer and better services to communities, by placing the users directly at the core of the creative process, showing empathy and using graphic design, product design, and social sciences methods to do so.
Fanny considers that social innovation is at the crossroads of two areas: the understanding of the human being and the use of traditional design tools. She seeks to make the world a nicer place to live in.
