Social Finance is a social enterprise that partners with government, the voluntary sector and social investors to develop pioneering solutions to complex social problems in the UK and globally. Social Finance's incoming CEO, Adam Swersky, launched the world's first social impact bond supporting people with mental health issues into employment while he was a director at Social Finance. Prior to this, Adam was a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and he was also previously seconded to the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where he worked with a west African country to access a subsidy for malaria medication.
