WISE100 Women in Social Enterprise 2025 top 100 and ‘Ones to Watch’ revealed
The WISE100 recognises the most inspiring and influential women in social enterprise, impact investment and mission-driven business. Find out who is in our Top 100 List, plus this year's Ones to Watch.
Today we reveal the much anticipated eighth edition of the WISE100 List, produced annually by Pioneers Post in partnership with NatWest Social & Community Capital.
The list brings together the UK’s 100 leading women in social enterprise, impact investment and mission-driven business.
In addition to the Top 100, we once again reveal our Ones to Watch, a list of women who didn’t quite make it on to the Top 100 this year but who we think are doing brilliant work and are women to watch out for in the social enterprise and impact investing space.
From the Top 100 women, winners will be selected across four categories: WISE100 Rising Star, Social Investment Champion, Social Business Woman of the Year, and a new WISE100 Changemaker Award, which recognises women who have been a driving force for positive change through social innovation during the past year, working in any sector or organisation – from climate change to women’s empowerment. The shortlist of finalists was published last week, and the winners will be revealed at the WISE100 Awards ceremony on 27 March, at an event hosted by NatWest in Glasgow – the first time that the awards will have been held outside London.
Vicki Papworth (left), CEO of NatWest Social & Community Capital, said: "We are incredibly proud to announce this year's WISE100 list. The achievements of these amazing leaders underscore the power of social enterprises in driving real change and addressing some of the most pressing challenges we face. These leaders, alongside all those making a difference in their communities, inspire us every day to continue pushing boundaries and create lasting impact. We are excited to celebrate their success, at the awards ceremony in Glasgow on 27 March."
