"I realised I was just part of a trend" – Jed Emerson

Jed Emerson is one of the rock stars of the small world of impact investing. With Californian surfer swagger to spare, Emerson makes a refreshing change from the staid suits who populate many impact investing get-togethers. But he's a genuine leader too, having championed impact investing long before it was fashionable, coining the term "blended value" while he was at it.
