UK trailblazer helps people "earn, learn, enjoy and achieve"
Set up in November 2012, Realise Futures has since delivered learning to over 8,000 people, given career support to over 95,000 and in the past 12 months created 140 jobs for individuals who have been out of work – it's no wonder the enterprise has been crowned the 2014 RBS SE100 Index's Trailblazing Newcomer.
Earlier this year, Pioneers Post visited the community interest company (CIC) which is working to boost economic participation in the east of England by providing a range of career advice and support, as well as training and employment opportunities for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.
