Whilst he was a student at Oxford University, Adam O'Boyle co-founded the student social action organisation Student Hubs in 2007. He then went on to become the organisation's executive director and while in this role founded the social enterprise restaurant Turl Street Kitchen. He has also worked as a part-time analyst for New Philanthropy Capital.
