Bayo Adelaja is the founder and CEO of Do it Now Now, a pioneering organisation dedicated to empowering Black-led charities, social enterprises, and entrepreneurs in the UK. A renowned advocate for racial equity in funding, Bayo has led ground-breaking initiatives that address the systemic underfunding and financial exclusion of Black-led organisations. Under her leadership, Do it Now Now has supported hundreds of Black-led initiatives through capacity building, leadership development, and funding advocacy. Recognised internationally for her expertise in social impact, philanthropy, and policy change, Bayo has worked with major funders, corporate partners, and government bodies to drive equitable investment strategies.
Do it Now Now won the SE100 Trailblazing Newcomer award in 2022, and Bayo was a finalist in the WISE100 awards in the same year.
