Esmee Wilcox runs ‘Socially Adept’, an organisational development practice, to help organisations stay tuned and face the future with confidence. She works with government, charities, social enterprises and individuals on messy human and social problems, who need strategy to be practical.
Esmee’s experience includes leading complex change initiatives spanning public, private and VCSE partnerships, from within health and care services, and in central to regional government. She has led on public policy and political engagement from within several government departments.
Esmee is: a 'Featured Social Innovator' at the Cambridge Judge Centre for Social Innovation; a Visiting Senior Fellow at the University of Suffolk; the 2016 Behaviour Change Municipal Journal award winner; and published on innovation and risk in government in “The Failure Files” (Triarchy Press, 2011).
