Gilad Tanay is the founder and chair of ERI Institute, a research and consultancy firm specialising in leveraging best-in-class data science to drive social impact. With ERI Institute, Tanay has worked with government departments, NGOs, businesses and philanthropic funds, helping them to take a data-driven approach to their social impact initiatives. He is committed to driving positive change and tackling social injustice and inequalities, which is why, prior to establishing ERI Institute, Tanay co-founded and served as US director of Academics Stand Against Poverty (ASAP), an international NGO. He also served as a lecturer and fellow at the Global Justice Program at Yale University.
