Heather Black is the founder of Economic Change CIC, a management consultancy specialising in solutions for social ventures.

She is an expert in both business strategy and social impact measurement and has supported many ventures to implement Salesforce CRM to manage a range of business functions.

The Economic Change team are passionate about improving efficiencies, sustainability and impact of the sector.

Heather has supported the growth of charities and social enterprises since 2000 as an established consultant, coach and trainer. During that time she supported over 3000 business leaders and managers nationally, through training or one to one support and has been a full-time entrepreneur since 2005. She has actively played a part in shaping the social enterprise support landscape as a consultant for national and local SE bodies and Council member of SEUK.

She previously founded and led a national social enterprise over 7 years, managing a team of 40 staff and a range of public sector contracts supporting over 10,000 young people to get involved in social enterprise.
