Ian has worked for the School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) since 2004, in a variety of roles from volunteer to director of development. He now leads the team that delivers learning programmes in London. He has been involved in all aspects of SSE programmes from recruitment, to tutoring and facilitation.

Ian previously worked in marketing and strategy in the corporate sector, with Cable & Wireless. Outside of SSE he has a psychotherapy practice and is on the board of a psychotherapy training charity.
