Katie Moss and Joseph Thomas are exploring social enterprise in South East Asia through their project Gearing Up.

Katie has been working on the British Civil Service Fast Stream, working in the Departments for Transport, Work and Pensions and International Trade, including a secondment to a transport consultancy. She is passionate about promoting the benefits and transformative opportunities of achieving gender equality worldwide.

Joseph is a mechanical engineer with two years’ experience in a supplier of energy efficiency technology to the gas industry. He is passionate about the development of new and innovative approaches to small-scale energy production and how these can transform the lives of people around the world
