Madeleine Gabriel is a principal researcher at Nesta, focusing on social innovation and inclusive growth. Her recent projects have focused mainly on the ways in which social innovation can be supported, including by incubators, grant making foundations and through policy interventions. She is passionately interested in the relationship between innovation and inequality, and in exploring the role that innovation - and innovation policy - can play in promoting greater equality.
