Dr Rachael Parkes joined St John Ambulance as the Young Responder Programme Project Manager in 2019, to help develop the innovative new Programme from scratch. Prior to this, she spent 15 years working in various project management roles in tech. A qualified Scrum Master/Agile Coach, Rachael is ‘passionate about young people and helping them to achieve their potential’. Skilled at programme development and allowing the voice of young people to be heard, Rachael also boasts a PhD in Psychological Trauma.
