Saoussen Ben Cheikh is a human rights and media expert leading development programmes in the MENA region. She is passionate about social impact and trains social entrepreneurship for and in the most marginalised communities, especially in zones of conflict and poverty. She is the founder of MENA-can, an organisation dedicated to inspire and support changemakers in the MENA region. She writes on human rights issues and has conducted PhD research in history from the University of Nice, France.
