Seigo is currently an Associate with On Purpose, which runs a one-year leadership programme that combines work placements with weekly training and regular one-to-one coaching and mentoring to develop high calibre talent to address the big issues faced by society and the environment. He is currently working on outcomes based commissioning and payment systems at the NHS before moving on to work with the Royal Voluntary Service.
Prior to On Purpose, Seigo worked as a management consultant for Marakon and CRA in London, New York and the Middle East. His clients spanned the energy, industrial, health and public sectors among which he supported the development of a high profile UK energy system’s model, the Infrastructure Implementation Plan for Saudi Arabia’s National Industrial Strategy, and a feasibility study of a sovereign wealth fund for a sub-Saharan nation. He also participated in the 2011 UK Entrepreneurship Challenge supported by the Chinese Embassy in which his team won second prize.
