Terri McBride is a Senior Advisor to On Purpose and an independent consultant on executive leadership and organisation effectiveness. 

Her background is in organisation, board and top team effectiveness, with extensive experience in talent management, and executive learning and development.  She has a particular interest in enabling and supporting successful leadership in complex situations. 

Prior to working with On Purpose she served as COO of McKinsey & Company's EMEA Organisation Practice, which includes human capital, transformational change, organisation design and merger management.
