Andy Lower founded ADAP (A Different Approach to Poverty) Capital LLC to focus on finding effective ways to use market-based solutions to eradicate extreme poverty. He speaks to Tim West at the Opportunity Collaboration gathering in Mexico about the challenges he faces in his mission to connect entrepreneurs with the most suitable socially-minded investors.
Andy recognises that there are challenges facing all stakeholders involved in or wanting to engage with social investment. For the entrepreneurs finding the right investment capital can be difficult and for investors the key challenge revolves around finding investment-ready organisations.
